The A team does it again. A wash of the entire building and 38 decks .We brought it with force .We had 4 guys on washers a lift and a ground guy . We feel that getting in and getting job accomplished is less intrusive to the residents of these large proprties The management and residents of this complex thanked us for our professionalism and said they were extremely impressed with the entire process . This was a big project a complete washing of the entire building and 38 decks. At the end of the job .The board members said they can't remember the bulding and decks looking this good . Beautiful day for some deck staining . Most will never know the amount of time that goes into truely doing a quality staining job on a deck . For us at Acme Pressure Washing we want our customers to see the quality of our work .First we properly cleaning the wood surface to insure good product adhesion. Then allow the deck to properly dry. After carefully considering weather we return to get to work. In preparing the deck for staining or other sealers . We light sand wood then carefully prepare area as not to get stain or paint on home or other surrounding items . This house had lot of sun oxidation. It is important to wash your home every 2 to 3 years to help minimize heavy sun oxidation. If siding gets oxidation build up. The cost to clean house changes dramatically do to the time it takes to clean . Maintenance of exterior of home and decks not only look good.It maintains the value of your largest investment. This is true with DOT and most snow removal contractors . Back in the day remember that a snow storm used to mean roads where going to be bad for the day or more. Now ahh days people are posting by 830 am why can't they get the roads done already I have to get to work .
